Tages Helios II, a fund managed by Tages Capital SGR, the Asset Manager specialized in alternative investment funds in the field of infrastructure and energy, has finalized the acquisition of a portfolio of operative photovoltaic plants of about 9.5 MW, located in Apulia and Lazio. The seller was Kokusai Itasol, a company of the Solar 21 group, an infrastructure and energy fund based in Ireland.
Tages Capital SGR, with its Tages Helios and Tages Helios II funds, has so far raised over 550 million euros, positioning the SGR as the second largest operator in the photovoltaic sector in Italy.
