This operation, completed on December 15, represents for Tages Capital the first acquisition of a photovoltaic project in grid parity. Specifically, Tages has acquired an SPV holding the authorization to build a photovoltaic plant of about 4.5 MW, the related surface rights and the rights to connect to the national electricity grid.
The plant will avoid 4.436 tons of CO2 per year and will contribute to meet the annual energy needs of about 3.000 families and will not benefit from public incentives: the revenues will come instead from the sale of electricity on the electricity market.
